Here's just another story about how fucked up employers are:
I had a 9am interview this morning. I arrive at 8:42am. Afterall, you are supposed to arrive early. The butt fuck HR person comes and introduces himself and then says "our appointment is for 9 so you'll just have to wait 15 minutes" WTF???? How rude.
But does it end there? Of course not. At 9am I am ushered into an interview room with the HR person and 2 others. The HR person says "well since you've applied there have been some changes and that position has been filled. However.... we have this other position....." HOLY MOTHER OF GOD. I am not even qualified for the other position. I have no skills in that area. And if I had seen that job on the web, I would not have even applied. Its of no interest to me. Plus it has reception coverage. As if!!!!
Why couldn't Mr HR Guy emailed this "itty bitty change" to me BEFORE I arrived for the interview. At least I could have declined or been better prepared. Its all I can do not to kick him in the balls.
