Crappy Ending Crappy Day

I was at the dentist last Thursday. What a treat to end off a horrible day by having a complete stranger stick their gloved hands in my mouth while grinding some sort of disgusting pumice substance over my teeth. Oh- I almost forgot- the hi lite was rinsing with this supposed mint flavored poison that they called fluoride. When the hygienist wasn’t looking I dumped the 2nd part down the drain. It was so disgusting my lips didn’t want to touch each other. Immediately after the appointment I scooted around the corner to Safeway and bought the biggest box of Captain Crunch I could find. Full out e.m.e.r.g.e.n.c.y. Then I sped homeall the while trying not to gag on the film of torture left inside my mouth. I looked for a pail but ended up using an ice cream bowl for my cereal.
