Shysters
I am tired of being ripped off. Many times I have purchased something off eBay and it has arrived not exactly as described. Either more worn than claimed or smelling like smoke from a ‘smoke free home’. I have sucked it up and never blasted anyone – mostly because in those days buyers could be given negative feedback. WTF?? How can you get ‘negative’ feedback for fucking paying?
Apparently many agreed with me and eBay changed the rules so that buyers can no longer receive negative feedback. That levels the field to make comments more honest without the repricusions of revenge.
Last week I bought a pair of True Religion jeans. I sniped some newbie bidder in the last 23 seconds of the auction to win my “excellent condtion – like new- worn 5 times” jeans. Fast forward to their arrival yesterday: Imagine my surprise to open the package and pull out a pair of jeans that have very obviously been worn more than a “”few”” times. The bottoms are torn and freyed with dirt stains on the cuff, there is a hole near the crotch where the seam has come undone and a darker patch of color (from the fabric dye) on the front of the jeans. All this was conveniently not mentioned in the bozo’s description.
Off goes a nasty email to the seller. I am really pissed off about this. In fact, this morning I filed a complaint with paypal. I just don’t see how the seller could possibly think those jeans are in new condition! And – get this- he has 100% feedback! Go figure . I requested all of my money refunded, including the shipping. Why should I have to lose money because he’s a fucking deceiving piece of shit crook? (did I not mention how mad I am??)
I’ll keep you posted…….
