I met a lady today I could really relate to :) She was funny, witty and warm. However, the office was a total pig stye and the co workers didn't seem too friendly. She told me meet n' greet was phase 1 of the interview process. Phase 2 is a personality test and phase 3 is a 2nd interview with other people.
Personality test? And the purpose would be??? I wonder if I will be put into a room and asked to put square shapes into round holes.
