Yikes! What have I gotten myself into? My co-worker is a very strange person. She's so odd that I have decided that's her new name. Seems Odd has a major hoarding problem. I have never seen such a mess of piles and piles of paper. Someone should call A&E and get an intervention happening. I can't believe no one comments on the mass disorganization and gets Odd to file. Does management actually think having boxes and boxes of unfiled documents is OK? Unbelievable.
Odd is also rigid. She continues to do things the same way as when she started there 17 years ago. She is not open to change. I'm sensing my being there is going to be disruptive to her. It's crazy that Survey made me take all these dumb ass pysch tests and yet they employ little miss fire hazard. WTF?
Odd also does not share information. You'd think we worked for the FBI they way she keeps her trap glued shut. Trying to get things from her so I can learn and do my job is like yanking teeth. Its so bad that I actually went to the boss and brought up my concerns.
And so it starts.... all this bullshit and I haven't even finished my first week.
