What a disaster. This job is tanking and tanking fast. For what seems like the 100th time, I have approached the boss and brought up the issues with Odd. Here it is one month later and I am no further ahead. Odd is still withholding info and doesn't help with training. Further, Odd doesn't even answer my email questions. How am I supposed to learn? My frustration level is thru the roof. The boss says she has noticed the 'partnership' isn't working very well. (ya think?) And yet the boss does nothing to help resolve the situation.
