Princess and Prefer are so fucked up.  I’ve never had a boss (or should I say ‘bias’?) who makes it loud and clear he has a favourite.  And then gives that favourite special privileges (like fucking off to starbucks in the middle of the work day. 2 hour lunches, 3+ weeks vacation, light work load and the liberty to do nothing most of the day).

He also touches her.  Prefer will stand behind her work (snicker) chair and massage her shoulders (gag) (pass the bleach please).  In a meeting I have seen him tip her chair backwards.  Does this not scream harassment?  I bet the pres of “Four Eyes’ would shit his pants if he knew what truly went on here.  I have no way of bringing it to his attention without sounding like a jealous co-worker. (sour grapes)  Trust me when I say I have often thought of squealing on bias.   If I sent an anonymous note, or if I pulled the pres aside and told him direct, bias would know it was me and them my days would be numbered.  If I spill the beans after I’m toasted, then it looks like I’m disgruntled.   No matter what strategy I use, at the end of the day I’m the one who’s fucked.
